10. Payment and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project unless otherwise agreed.

Remaining payment is due upon delivery of the final product or milestone completion.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun, as they secure production time and resources.

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 business days via bank transfer or other agreed method.

Quest Media reserves the right to pause or cancel services due to non-payment or breach of terms.

11. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional changes or requests beyond the agreed scope will incur additional fees. All scope changes must be confirmed in writing.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quest Media excludes all warranties and conditions relating to this website and our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or materials.

13. Changes to Terms and Services
